FAQ
What's a verified job?
The short version: a verified job is an export the cert says is still the same policy. Here's what that means in practice.
What counts as small vs large?
Small is SmolVLA, OpenVLA, and similar parameter classes. Large is pi0, pi0.5, GR00T, and similar. If you're not sure where your checkpoint sits, run a free smoke job and the preview will tell you which tier it falls into.
What's in the parity cert?
A signed parity.cert.json with the distribution test (MMD), rollout success-rate, and embodied metrics, plus a human-readable PARITY.md and a reproducible manifest. Every file in the bundle is hashed so anyone downstream can confirm what was certified.
How long does a job take?
Small-model jobs typically finish in under an hour. Large-model jobs run longer. Pro tier skips the cold start, so a queued Pro job is on the queue head immediately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Smoke jobs are free and unlimited. They're real preview runs that produce an artifact and cert shape without paying for verification, so you can wire up your pipeline and confirm the inputs before committing to a verified run.
What happens if a job fails parity?
You get the cert with the failure recorded, you don't get a green artifact. If the failure is on our side (compile error, infra fault), the job is re-queued at no charge. If the policy genuinely regressed past your threshold, the cert tells you why and the artifact is held back from production.
Can I bring my own model checkpoint?
Yes. Point at a HuggingFace repo or upload your own export. Custom checkpoints, custom action spaces, and fine-tuned variants are all supported. Enterprise customers can also supply custom verify policies.

No card. No GPU. See the cert format before you pay for verification.
